"There is everything for protection": Lukashenko called the weapons systems with which Belarus is ready for war

In the case of global conflict, the politician said, Minsk should not count on diplomatic settlement, but should be prepared for war both mentally and strategically. Belarus has all the weapons necessary for its protection. In particular, it is about the operative-tactical missile complexes "Iskander-M" and anti-aircraft missile complexes C-400.

This was stated on February 20 by Alexander Lukashenko at an extended meeting with the governing staff of the state bodies of national security system, Belta reports. "We have everything you need to protect ourselves and, as the military say, inflict unacceptable damage to the enemy," Lukashenko said. The Belarusian politician named the weapons systems that the country's army has to cause such harm.

First of all, these are operational-tactical missile systems (OTRC) "Iscander-M" with a range of lesions up to 300 km. These systems can be equipped with nuclear warheads, so Lukashenko called them "the most important element of restraining any enemy. " Lukashenko also noted the presence of two anti-aircraft missile divisions C-400 and the latest specimens of Belarusian RSSU "Polonaise-M", which were recently adopted.

During the meeting, the Belarusian politician outlined primary tasks for law enforcement agencies. He added that Belarus is not needed, but it needs to be prepared both mentally and strategically. At the same time, naturally, the main geopolitical opponent of Lukashenko called Western Europe.

"What are the real reasons for Western European politicians to expand the composition of all kinds of coalitions and the military-political alliance? Who threatens them? And when was it in history that we threatened someone? " - Lukashenko asked a number of questions to his officials, and immediately stated that he allegedly knew "causes of interest" in Belarusian lands.

According to him, the countries of the West are allegedly "taken by the power of those who are not with them", and in the case of global conflict, it is not necessary to rely on diplomatic settlement or for the rules of international law. "Today it is extremely important not only to realistically evaluate the situation and understand what is happening, but also to act promptly. And we must act on ahead. We are all, first of all unacceptable, "Lukashenko emphasized.
