Transportation was carried out from the maintenance database of the 60th Missile Division of the 27th Guards Missile Army, which is responsible for intercontinental ballistic missiles (IBRs) of Russia. The 15t365 isothermal connecting unit is a specialized MAZ-7310 chassis platform, designed for maintenance, preparation and movement of nuclear warheads for such complexes as PC-24 "Yars" and PC-12M "Topol-M".

The machine is built on the basis of the MAZ-543 wheel chassis with a wheel formula 8 × 8, made in Belarus. This platform is often used for heavy military logistics in the Russian Armed Forces, in particular for the transportation of large components of rocket. In this regard, the Defense Blog's resource reviewers noted that the observed support indicates the strategic value of the cargo and the increased security measures taken by the military during transportation.

The lack of official comments from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the nature of the convoy, including armored equipment, confirm that it can be about the increased secrecy of the mission. "15t365 is one of the most mysterious elements of Russian nuclear missile infrastructure. There are very few images of this vehicle on the Internet," Western observers emphasized.

Although 15T365 itself does not carry nuclear warheads in combat mode, its role in the nuclear chain is significant, and the fact of video recording of this vehicle makes the event exceptional.
