Ukrenergo says that energy will begin to restore electricity after the alarm and permission of the military. On February 7, Russian invaders attacked Kiev ballistic and winged missiles. He also reported that the enemy attack damaged the heat supply line on the left bank of the capital. "Experts find out the scale and will immediately start repair work," Klitschko said. Ukrenergo stated that energy will start working on the spot after the air alarm.

The explosions were heard in Kharkiv, Nikolaev, Kiev and the region, as well as in Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv region. At least four explosions were heard in Kharkiv and a hit in one of the districts. The drones were noticed in Kherson, Mykolaiv, Odessa, Kirovograd, Cherkasy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk regions.
