The Russians have created videos in which they try to oppose "evidence" and "defenders". To do this, the main characters of the bucket of "evasion" share the experience of escape and foreign well -being. Tiktok has a large number of videos in which men who seem to be evading mobilization show their peaceful life abroad. Such messages are "accelerated" by bots and this testifies to the planned special operation of the Russians against Ukrainians.

The details of information and psychological special operation (IPSO) of the enemy were told on the portal of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense. Ukrainian scouts briefly worn the Tiktok video. Among them are the praising of the evil -leaving, and "folk songs" with the heroization of such people. There are several signs that such plots stand on such subjects: synchronous appearance, anonymity of authors and the spread of bots.

According to scouts, the special services of the Russian Federation launched an information campaign (IPSO). The main goal of the Russians is to quarrel Ukrainians, as there is a juxtaposition of "evasion" and "defenders". In general, the enemy hopes to aggravate the situation with mobilization to the Armed Forces, - the GUR press service wrote. "A specified IPSO is a classic technology of split of society when there are" defenders "on the one hand and there are" evastors.

" It should be noted that you can really see the thematic videos that have gained from tens to several thousand views on the social network Tiktok. In the first line - the rollers about the "evil", which swayes an expensive car, "heroizing" song and detailed instructions on how to boil the Tisza. Most records are "main characters" who turn to the audience in Ukrainian.

The Ukrainian authorities have previously noted that there are a number of social networks in which Ukrainians can really come under the influence of Russian propaganda and IPSO. In particular, the Telegram Medary and Chinese social network TikTok were called in the Russian Federation. The chairman of the Information Policy Committee, Yaroslav Yurchyshyn, explained that they would try to limit them first, not prohibit them.

In April, it became known that negotiations with TikTok representation began. The theme of negotiations is the ability to combat Russian IPSO. At the same time, the territorial staff centers began to spread their own agitation videos that could encourage Ukrainians to mobilize. The plot shows a list of reasons why men do not go into the army, and a Russian troops, which listens to them and sends them to the war on the side of the Russian Federation.
