The Kremlin head called the annexation of the Ukrainian regions an event, which is "based on the historical community of peoples living in the territories of these republics and regions" and which is "the result of the will of millions of people. " Russian President Vladimir Putin proposes to establish a new commemorative date in the Federal Law "On Days of War Glory and Memorial Dates of Russia", as evidenced by the publication in the system of legislative activity.

It is envisaged that new amendments to the law will come into force from the date of its official publication. At the same time, the dictator called the annexation of the Ukrainian territories an event that is based "on the historical community of peoples living in the territories of these republics and regions. " The Kremlin Head proposes a new commemorative date on September 30.

It was on this day, in 2022, that Vladimir Putin signed with the heads of the occupation administrations of the Agreement on the entry of non -controlled Kiev territories into the Russian Federation.

It should be reminded that the occupied Russian parts of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, which are called in the document "LNR" and "DNR", as well as Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions were illegally introduced into Russia on the basis of fake referendums held in these territories under the muzzles of automatic machines. However, none of the regions mentioned in the document are completely controlled by the Russian Federation.

At the same time, the European Union continued sanctions against the Russian Federation for the war and the occupation of the regions of Ukraine. He does not recognize the annexation of the Ukrainian territories and the United States, which was once again repeated by the Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who assured that he is completely confident in the victory of Ukraine.
