It should be reminded that the occupied Russian parts of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, which are called in the document "LNR" and "DNR", as well as Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions were illegally introduced into Russia on the basis of fake referendums held in these territories under the muzzles of automatic machines. However, none of the regions mentioned in the document are completely controlled by the Russian Federation.
At the same time, the European Union continued sanctions against the Russian Federation for the war and the occupation of the regions of Ukraine.
