A representative of the Armed Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vladimir Fito told about it in an interview with RBC-Ukraine. According to the law, the conscripts can be handed over the following persons: the summons must be handed personally into the hands of the military. In the absence of a conscript at the place of residence, the summons can be awarded to one of his family members or a neighbor, but this does not oblige the citizen to come to the CCC.
Inserting stories into the mailboxes or howling of these narratives at the apartment door is not a legal way of handing the narratives. Such summons are not valid and the conscript is not obliged to comply with their requirements. According to a statement by the representative of the Armed Forces Command of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in most cases, such situations are due to the fact that the conscripts try to avoid mobilization.
"If you are faced with a violation of your rights by representatives of the shopping center, you can contact the police or the Ministry of Defense's hotline.
