Vadim Skibitsky, a representative of GUR MO, said that Kupyansky direction remains one of the places where the invaders are not in static defense, but are trying to continue to attack. "There are no success here*, but the Kremlin does not leave attempts to achieve at least the minimum goals of the war he started," Skibitsky said. Ukraine's security and defense forces continue to implement offensive actions in several areas of the front.
Skibitsky in a comment to Financial Times said that in all the time of large-scale aggression, Russia still hopes for the task of the minimum task, namely-entering the administrative borders of Donetsk region. Ukrainians intend to prevent it. However, the current actions of the Army of the aggressor state on the front are devoid of strategy.
