"I can only tell you: there are plans to wage war in 2025 in the Russian Federation as of this moment. Perhaps by the end of 2024, if nothing changes, they will adjust it. But so far, they have no such plans," - said he. The head of military intelligence stressed that the Russians also have problems.
According to him, the Kremlin is focused not on the opinion of its citizens, but on the number of resources, since there is a lot of money for the war. "It may be a little bit of a little, but we are fighting for other people's money, and they are for their own. And they count their money, although they seem not. And it is not very meticulous," - said Budanov. We will remind, on November 8 the Secretary of the NSDC Alexei Danilov stated that he would like the war in Ukraine to end in 2024.
