Anti -aircraft missiles end. How to solve the main weapon problem for the Armed Forces

I am worried about the number of artillery shells, mines and missiles for air defense systems. Judging by the Western media, anti -aircraft missiles end with us. And if the empire is able to use its aviation with impunity, no tanks and even planes will help. There will be a completely different war.
