"Agreed with Putin and he killed him": Kuleba rejected negotiations from the Russian Federation after Prigogine's death

The diplomat recalled that Prigogine was negotiating with the Kremlin head and later died, so for Ukraine, a dialogue with Vladimir Putin is impossible. There is no reason to believe that in the negotiations, the head of the Kremlin Vladimir Putin will behave differently than with the leader of PEC "Wagner" Yevgeny Prigogin. This was stated by Dmytro Kuleba, Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, on a column, French colleague, a briefing in Paris, jointly with Katrin.

He stressed that anyone who asks about it should look at the situation with the leader of the terrorist organization. The diplomat recalled that Prigogine was negotiating and later died. "He agreed on security guarantees, then Putin killed him," the Ukrainian diplomat said. Kuleba believes that the Kremlin head in the event of new negotiations will be similar.
