The firing of Odesa region began around 23:00: the Air Force of Ukraine was warned of the first percussion UAVs from the Black Sea water area in the direction of the Odessa region. Around midnight, the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration Oleg Kiper called on the inhabitants of the Izmail district to be in shelters against the background of UAV threat. Soon the Air Force of Ukraine warned new groups of shock UAVs from the Black Sea moving the previous course in the Odessa region.
They also noted that Tatarbunar and Izmail were threatened. The monitoring channels reported that at least 26 drones are moving from Tatarbunar in the direction of the Izmail district. In particular, Orlovka and Novosilskoye were in the blow. The attack continued at about 01:00. The massive attack ended at about 01:15 hours: air alarm was announced in the region.
Soon local Telegram channels reported that a strong fire in the Izmail district of Odesa region had risen as a result of a massive shelling. There was no official information on the consequences of a night attack on Odesa at the time of publication. We will remind, in Zhytomyr on August 5 there was an explosion without announcement of air anxiety, resulting in the death of a person.
