The SCalp rocket is an Anglo-French winged winged rocket launcher, which has been developed since 1994 by Matra and British Aerospace, and is now produced by MBDA. Storm Shadow is the British name of the missile. The French version of the rocket is denoted by the abbreviation SCalp-EG.
