The total size of the territory under the control of Russian troops in Kharkiv region increased from 18 303. 83 square meters. km up to 18 319. 13 square meters. km. However, despite the promotion of the enemy, Ukrainian troops continue to restrain the pressure in this direction. According to cartographic data, the promotion of the enemy on the northern flank of the Kupyansk direction is negligible.
Moreover, the dynamics of hostilities indicates the relative parity of the forces, since the line of combat collision remained stable for more than a month. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, in Kupyansk direction of the last day the enemy made 13 attacks on the positions of defense forces. Ukrainian defenders reflected the assault actions of the Russians in the areas of the settlements of Stepova Novoselivka, Zhizovo, as well as in the direction of Sandy and Novoplatonivka.
