Analysts have explained that Vladimir Putin continues to threaten the possibility of nuclear confrontation between Russia and the West in order to strengthen control over the decision -making process for granting permission to Ukraine to beat Western weapons in military facilities in Russia.

"Isw has long believed that Russian nuclear rattling sabers are part of the Kremlin's efforts to promote the West's self -self -assembled, not to evidence of Russia's readiness to use nuclear weapons," the report said.
