For trade with Russia: Trump introduces new tariffs for India in the amount of 25%

To spread: US President Donald Trump has announced the introduction of new tariffs for India since August 1 in the amount of 25%. He explained that the country buys the vast majority of its military equipment in Russia and with China is the largest buyer of Russian energy. The President of the United States reported new tariffs on July 30 on his own social network Truth Social. He noted that Indian tariffs for other countries are one of the highest and most rigid in the world.

"Remember that although India is our friend, we have been relatively little business with them for many years because their tariffs are too high, some of the world's highest in the world, and they have the most rigid and most unpleasant non -monetary barriers among all countries," Trump wrote. According to him, the Indians have always bought in Russia the vast majority of their military equipment, as well as near China bought the most energy from the Russian Federation.
