And Kaliningrad can voluntarily join a new union. And most importantly, people have common values ​​of democracy, freedom and national self -determination. The new state can be built not on ideology, but on pragmatism. Joint infrastructure projects are the only road and railway network with the transition to a European track. Joint strategic planning, cybersecurity coordination. The only power system. Common digital market. Free movement of people, goods and capital.

No dictate in the language question. And these are no longer "small peoples", "younger brothers" and "limimitrophs". It's serious. The population is over one hundred million.
