Vasyl Samore said that at this time the flow of volunteers was over, and the form of mobilization, which now exists in Ukraine, does not give the necessary effect. "People live as if there is no war, and it is striking that no one wants to go to fight and defend our country. The flow of volunteers is almost over, and let's say, moderate forced mobilization does not give the number of people we needed," - said officer. According to the samovar, there are two reasons in the current situation.

First, these are the consequences of Russian information and psychological operations. Secondly, the absence is often in the brigades and battalions of adequate military leadership, and when the information is seeped on the social network, Russian propagandists also use it. And the last reason is banal fear.
