The head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Mykola Patrushev believes that the mass shooting and arson of the Moscow Concert Hall "City Hall" March 22 is a matter of the hands of the Ukrainian special services. On March 25, IDIL appeared on the Iranian Sahebkhabar portal, which announced new terrorist attacks in Russia. IDIL assures that it will find a way to take revenge on the brothers captured after the events on Friday March 22. The appeal emphasizes that revenge will reach the Russians in general and Russian President Vladimir Putin in particular: other peoples, states, leaders are not mentioned there.

We will remind, in the evening of March 22 a group of people broke into the building "City City" and began to shoot. After that, they set fire to the room and fled. More than a hundred killed and more than 200 wounded have been found at the site of the terrorist attack. On March 25, the Moscow Basmanny chose a measure of restraint for three citizens involved in the Crocus case. Two people are accused, the third is the suspect. Everyone was arrested until May 22.
