The Lviv authorities argue the need for restoration works by the fact that the city is accepting many displaced Ukrainians, so it tries to arrange it until Christmas on December 25. The Department of Capital Construction of the Lviv Regional Military Administration has announced a tender for the restoration and rehabilitation of St. George's Cathedral in Lviv.
