Share: Seven Russian citizens, who have already been deported from Croatia, participated in the kidnapping attempt. The ex-head of the Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA) Olena Duma confirmed in an interview with Nataliya Moseichuk that it was thanks to the intervention of the Main Directorate of Intelligence under the leadership of General Kirill Budanov that the attempt to steal a yacht belonging to Viktor Medvedchuk was prevented. The vessel is currently under arrest in Croatia.

According to her, it is about an attempt to illegally move a vessel arrested as part of a case involving assets related to suspicion of treason. The Duma reported that seven Russian citizens, who have already been deported from Croatia, participated in the kidnapping attempt. Thanks to the operative work of Ukrainian intelligence, it was possible to keep the asset under state control.
