20 thousand UAH of military fee: The Council proposed a model of economic reservation

Deputies, as opposed to the initiative to book from the mobilization of those who receive more than 35 thousand hryvnias, propose to set a monthly fixed payment that will allow the employer to book an employee regardless of his position. The People's Deputy from the Servant of the People and the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development Dmitry Natalukha said that by the end of March, a bill on economic reservation may be appeared in parliament.

The People's Deputy reported this in a comment to the public. Natalukha recalled that such an initiative was discussed earlier - at the end of January. According to him, there are two models of economic booking. "One model is, in fact, a model that was born in the President's office about 35,000. And the second model is the one we work with the team," the People's Deputy said.

He explained that the second option involves payment of an additional military fee of 20 thousand hryvnias for each booked person, regardless of his position, wages or other criteria. "These are two basic models, they differ in the fact that in the first model with 35 thousand hryvnias, it does not involve FOP, it will not spread to them. This is the first.

Second, there is a part of the money, since it is a salary, somewhere a third of the money will go somewhere to the local budget, not directly to the Armed Forces. The third history, the salary is minimal, from which 35 thousand hryvnias can be bored, it will be higher than the minimum wage in the army, which is a little more than 20 thousand hryvnias today, "Natalukha said. The representative of the "servant of the people" believes that this initiative can be accepted ambiguously.

The People's Deputy sees the positive aspect that this model will "bleach" wages that people receive in envelopes. "It may be absolutely that a lot of these salaries from envelopes will go to a white salary to book employees," Natalukha said. However, the model for payment of an increased military fee does not aim to "bleach" salaries. The goal is to mobilize and accumulate financial resources to support the Armed Forces.

In addition, the model offered by deputies provides the possibility of booking FOP. "We do not create this imbalance, that is, formally, if you do not fight and you have been booked for 20 thousand hryvnias, then you can absolutely adequately say that you pay 20 thousand hryvnias for someone who is fighting," Natalukha says. We will remind, on March 4 the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmigal stated that the Cabinet of Ministers is working on improving the approach to booking from mobilization.

According to the prime minister, eight working people should provide one person who is fighting at the front. On March 11, MP Oleksiy Goncharenko reported that the government considers the possibility of booking for entrepreneurs and IT professionals, as well as officials and police. In addition, those who receive a salary of 35 thousand hryvnias can get under booking. This initiative was commented by the deputy commander of the third separate assault brigade Maxim Zhorin.
