The man monitored the parking of the car near the administrative buildings of the defense forces to find potential goals for a series of terrorist attacks. During the breaks between the records of the radio air, he walked the center of Kiev and hidden photographs of SUVs, which he considered cars of the Ukrainian military.
Subsequently, the Russians planned to use the photos provided by him to blast cars - by bookmarking and remote activation of homemade explosive devices. The SBU was detained by the agent when he conducted an exploration near one of the defensive departments. The man seized a mobile phone that was used for contacts with the FSB and disguised photos of objects. The detainee was informed of suspicion under Part 3 of Art.
114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information on the movement or placement of the Armed Forces or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, committed in the conditions of martial law). The man is now in custody. He faces up to 12 years of confiscation of property. In addition, the issue of additional qualification of his unlawful acts is resolved.
