A crowd of Kosmach residents should be punished for attacking a citizen with a child, says Nazari Kishak's military. The Center for Strategic Communications explained that the cause of the attack is fake notifications to which the Russian Federation is involved. Kishak also explained what the causes of the incident in Kosmach could be. In his opinion, people acted so because of the lack of appropriate propaganda in Ukraine.
