A big Turkey service? What happens between Putin and Erdogan

These steps are to some extent threatening to Ukraine: there is a desire to travel something at our expense or sell air. For example, to talk about the possibility of meeting Putin and Zelensky for his mediation. And we need to minimize these challenges - conditionally speaking, thank Erdogan for proposals, which, because of circumstances, we cannot adhere.

Turkey has taken a mediator's position, which, they say, must have a neutral position and, accordingly, friendly relations with the two countries. And everyone should be grateful for the fact that Turkey is making these efforts in general. Although it is obvious that the Turks make these efforts only for their interests. But they try to sell it as a great service that Turkey does to the world. Mediation is a difficult question. And in this behavior, Erdogan has certain signs of fraud.

But, in the end, political decisions on his behavior should also be made. Because if no objections will cause his behavior, then he will behave in the future. If the West perceive Erdogan's behavior on Putin and Russia as a violation of Turkey's principles to which it is attached (if Turkey considers itself part of the Western world), then sanctions should be imposed on Turkey. Because it is with its help that Russia tries to avoid sanctions. So far, Erdogan's maneuvers are quite successful.

But since everyone was interested in a grain agreement, Turkey is now very actively speculating. Turkey's dependence on Russia is now considerable. And in the energy sphere, first of all. I mean the construction of a nuclear power plant by the Russians in Turkey. Turkey buys much more in Russia than it is. Even the Turks are introduced in banks by the payment system of peace. There are conversations that Russians in Turkey will open oil processing companies to avoid sanctions.

And Erdogan's actions cause a difficult discussion - what is betrayal or not betrayal? Now, in connection with the election, Erdogan gets into this time. So, it seems to me that the Turks will still have to raise this issue. And better earlier than later. It is not when such Makhi Machines Erdogan will be converted again. It is impossible for anyone to try to make equipment that does not exactly contribute to our interests.

We have every right to raise this issue before Turkey without Western mediators. Because Erdogan is interested in, for example, that the grain agreement will act. The strategic nature of Ukrainian-Turkish relations today is under a big question. I emphasize again. We need to talk frankly with the Turks. Not to look that everything is normal, but to speak seriously, they say, it does not suit us, such a position of Turkey against Russia is not acceptable. Moreover.

that there are many different nuances. Starting with theft of Ukrainian grain, ending with the contacts of higher Turkish officials with a bandit and killer Ramzan Kadyrov. Why do we look like everything is fine?! Only through the Baracar drones? But we buy them. The Turks do not pass them on how the event passes weapons. They sell us bayrats. It's a purely business. Of course, we thank the owner of this enterprise - Erdogan's relative - for his position.

For the fact that, despite the war, it increases interaction with Ukraine. But at the same time, we need to understand perfectly: the episode, very important, practically legendary, with barkrans for Ukraine, cannot shade Turkish foreign policy, which, to some extent, is contrary to Ukrainian politics. So you can do so - either talk to Erdogan, or act in some other way, including to speak with the West.
