US Deputy Defense Minister Kathleen Hicks stated that Russia's use of hypersonic weapons against Ukraine was almost unsuccessful. Hicks made this statement during the Summit of Intelligence and National Security, CNN reports. "Russia has already used hypersonic weapons during the war in Ukraine almost no avail," Hicks said.
