"That means fate": the media found out why the convicts go to war with the Russian Federation (video)

Donbass journalists analyzed the experience of Ukraine and the Russian Federation, which began to mobilize prisoners. In early June, the first former Ukrainian prisoners were already completing their studies and preparing to go to the front. At the end of July, Donbass journalists spoke with those convicted who agreed to join the 1st OSHB "Da Vinci".

And they analyzed the experience of Ukraine and the Russian Federation, where they also recruited in the ranks of the Armed Forces of prisoners from prisons. Earlier, this was done by Yevgeny Prigogin, now the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Some former prisoners of Ukrainian prisons are already on the front. Some have taken the first battle, but most are still taught at landfills for the Armed Forces.

Former Ukrainian prisoners unite one thing: they all volunteers, that is, the Armed Forces agreed to enter their own will. Which distinguishes them from those who were mobilized in Russia. Yes, Novobranets Alexander said that he had been in prison through drugs and theft. "I had no reason to do before. It happened, it means fate: that I got a little in prison, I get this experience, now in war . . . I will gain such experience. Normal life baggage will be normal," Alexander admitted.

His mother and wife did not support his decision, but he says he went to fight to protect his family and Ukraine. "If not me, who?" - sums up the former prisoner. Another recruitment, Vladimir, said that his younger brother was already serving in the Armed Forces, and his decision to go into the army eventually reconciled them, although they did not communicate before. Vladimir confessed that after the war he wanted to find a girl and start a family.

Another former prisoner, Alexei, said that he wanted to join the Armed Forces when his brother, who was captured by Azovstal, was killed in Olenovka. Vitaliy, who also sat for drugs, said that they are treated as usual recruits: they are taught and supplied with all the necessary equipment. The only thing that is difficult: physical training. Because, according to his words, he "sat in prison.

" In addition to standard training for the specialty of shooters, the battalion will work in the battalion with recruits for their own program: they will teach the nuances of engineering, the fight against drones and other skills that are needed in the modern war. The fighter with the Palkin call sign, a serviceman with many years of experience, commands this specialty. He says he perceives them as ordinary fighters. "When we start fighting, we'll see there. Time will show.

They are all motivated, want to fight, but I do not yet know what war is. You will not cut your neighbor's foot on the landfill to show him what war is and do not throw a grenade . Another fighter of the OSHB on the call sign "Dancer" notes that the former prisoners are supervised, but as for any other recruits. In Ukraine, prisoners were allowed in May. Many call this law on the mobilization of convicts, but it is a contract of contract by the end of the war after parole.

The procedure is voluntary and in the Ministry of Justice said that 5846 prisoners have filed such applications, and 3554 in the army. About 2000 are those who are in the process of document preparation. The Ministry of Justice also noted that the number of prisoners was greater than expected. Many agreed to join the Armed Forces to remove the convicted person and return home "veteran, not those who were sitting.

" The former prisoners themselves say that they were asked if they were not used in which they are in their physical form and whether they are ready to study. They were told in detail what a service in the army is and what awaits them. The military was engaged in the military who told about their own experience. Journalists note that recruiting prisoners in Ukraine inevitably compared with the recruitment of prisoners in the Russian Federation. And the approach varies even in quantity.

Only Eugene Prigogin recruited about 48 thousand people. And almost all of them died. The journalist of the Russian edition of "Mediazon" Dmitry Treshhanin told about it. According to him, they monitored the situation and often the prisoners died in a week. A new about the recruitment of prisoners in Russia was also reported by a Russian who was captured by literally a few days ago. Andrew, the former prisoner, and now the prisoner said that he was sitting in the Krasnoyarsk colony.

He signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on June 8 and less than a month captured in the Pokrovsky direction. According to him, everyone was greeted. He honestly confessed that he used drugs, but the recruiters did not embarrass it. Motivation for him was money. "Windowers come almost every month. 2 years were not going, even thoughts were not about the war. Well, the camp of the people became less and less.

Only the prisoners of pedophilia and HIV-infected were sent to the war. She began to create, so to speak, more difficult conditions, " - said Andrew. According to him, already recruited prisoners were also agitated: they called phones transferred to prison and told that they "in no way refused in the war. " Dmitry Trashhanin notes that about 100,000 prisoners were recruited in the Russian Federation.

Of these, 50 thousand were recruited by Yevgeny Prigogin, another 50 thousand - the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. In total, about 450,000 prisoners were kept in the colonies. "We do not know how many more of 350,000 can be recruited," Trashhanin says, noting that many detained in Russia are also offered to sign a contract at the investigation.

The first official personnel of the participation of the former prisoners directly in the battles was the video of the 47th brigade, how the Square battalion in the Pokrovsky direction protects the landing with the support of Bradley. "They did not hide the Ukrainian convicts - they all go into the infantry. And this is probably the hardest thing in the army," the journalist said.

Although Ukrainian scale is not comparable to Russian mass involvement of people from prisons, but even a few thousand motivated fighters are a good help for the Armed Forces. We will remind, on May 8 the Verkhovna Rada approved the Bill No. 11079-1, which allows certain categories of prisoners to mobilize to the Armed Forces.
