A lover of Russian music kept a firearm at home: as the police reacted

He was informed of suspicion of illegal storage of firearms. A minor can go to prison for seven years. Investigators declared suspicion of illegal storage of weapons to a 17-year-old young man who appeared in provocative videos, where young men in the center of Kiev blocked the movement and listened to the song of the Russian propaganda performer Shaman "I'm Russian". The capital police reported this on Facebook.

Law enforcement officers noted that according to the results of the audit, all participants of the video appeared on the video were installed. "Searches were conducted at the places of residence of minors. In particular, weapons and ammunition were found and seized. According to the results of the examinations, the seized gun refers to firearms. " - said police. They added that a 17-year-old young man is charged with Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - illegal storage of firearms.

The sanction of the article provides for up to seven years in prison. We will remind, on January 10 on social networks there was a video on which young men in the center of Kiev blocked the movement and listened to the song of the Russian propaganda performer of Shaman "I Rusky". On the same day, law enforcement officers set the names of all six video participants. One of the participants had already been featured in such videos using Russian music and was held accountable.

The court imposed his punishment in the form of probation for one year. The next day, the young men said they were calling the police. In their social networks, they published bold messages. There, minors argued that they had been spoke and promised to comment to one very large edition. Subsequently, teenagers conducted searches where guns were removed. One is traumatic, it is registered with one of the parents of the minor.
