President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the issue of assistance in returning from the Russian captivity of Ukrainian citizens was among the priority at a meeting with Turkish President Recep Taiip Erdogan. The head of the Ukrainian state reported this during communication with media representatives on the results of negotiations in Istanbul.
