In a comment to "TSN. ua", lawyer Mykola Maximov spoke about a punishment that can expect citizens who will not fulfill this requirement.

"If a person has not updated personal data, then the Tax Code appeals to the police, which contributes to this person to the appropriate facility of the search," - said Nikolai Maximov. According to him, law enforcement officers will try to find this person. He believes that precinct or patrol officers will be involved. In particular, they will go to the place of residence of the man, if he is not there, then the information will return to the shopping center.

After that, the military enlistment office will submit the request of the military. If a person does not appear after ten days, the Tax Code will go to court with a calling statement to restrict the right to drive a vehicle. The court can also impose a fine of up to UAH 25 thousand. If it is not paid, the information will be transferred to the executive service, which will enter the person in the register of debtors, as a result, the property will be seized, restricting its use of bank cards.

Maksimov noted that if a person who was not registered has not updated his data, then the consequences can be felt when his documents are checked on the street or checkpoint. Namely, the police will have the right to send a man to the shopping center and JV. "If the CCC appeals to the police for the purpose of delivering the wanted person to the Criminal Code, then administrative detention occurs.

The person may be applied to the coercive measures provided for by the Code of Administrative Offenses," he explained. The lawyer is convinced that the law is not aimed at the person without delivery of the summons immediately. Today, a person will be wanted if they do not appear on the summons. Instead, the law will allow everyone to be wanted and delayed on the street. "This is the main goal. Because it is impossible to delay now, there is no reason, a person is not wanted.

And so 2 million people can potentially search if they do not update the data. On legitimate reasons it will be possible to be delayed on the street," Mykola Maximov added. .
