Night Oil Officer in Rivne Oblast: The Prosecutor General's Office has revealed details (photos)

On the night of August 10, the Russian forces attacked the oil depot drones in the Rivne region. As a result of the impact, fuel tanks were destroyed, a fire occurred. The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine reported the beginning of the pre -trial investigation into violation of the laws and customs of the war in connection with the rocket attack of the Russians on the Oil Thaw in the Dubensky district on the night of August 10.

This was reported in the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. According to the investigation, on the night of August 10, 2023, the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation attacked Shahd drones of the civilian oil depots in the Dubensky district of Rivne region. As a result of the impact, fuel tanks were destroyed, a fire occurred.

An investigative team, as well as the management of the regional prosecutor's office, the SBU management in Rivne region and the State Emergency Service in the region, went to the scene. "Under the procedural leadership of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre -trial investigation into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched," - reported in the office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

Prosecutors and investigators are currently collecting evidence and documenting the consequences of Russia's armed aggression. SES staff also work on the spot. The pre -trial investigation is managed by the SBU in Rivne region. We will remind, on the night of August 10 the Rivne region was injured from a massive attack of enemy UAV. As a result of shelling in the Dubensky district of the region, the oil depot was destroyed.

A large -scale fire was eliminated by 45 rescuers with the involvement of 14 pieces of equipment and a fire train. The chairman of the Rivne Ova reported that no one was injured as a result of a hostile blow. Chemical and radiation background is normal. Also on August 10, Russian troops struck a rocket strike in Zaporozhye. Civil people were killed as a result of the attack. Among the dead 19-year-old Svetlana Semomkin and 21-year-old Christina Spitsyn.
