Video of the News Site, which is related to World Processing Tomato Council (a non -profit organization that brings together 95% of the world tomatoes), from July 2021 to June 2022 Ukraine has reduced exports of tomato paste by 27980 tons. This is 45% less than in the corresponding period of 2020–2021. From March to June this year, exports from Ukraine amounted to 2654 tons. In March-June 2021, 19119 tons were exported.
That is, in these four months the figure has decreased by more than 82% of the year. The main reason for this reduction was that the capacity of the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of tomato paste - the Holding of the Agro -Fism - located in the Nikolaev and Kherson regions. In total, during this period, the 10 largest exporters have sent 3. 23 million tomatoes of tomato paste. This is 3. 5% less than a year earlier. In total, global trade in this product was 3. 45 million tons.
