The Ukrainian command notes that the invaders traditionally turn off automatic identification systems (AIS). Caliber rocket launchers are in the Mediterranean. As of the morning of December 28, there are 6 ships of Russian invaders in the Black Sea. Instead, all rocket launchers took the enemy to the base points. This was reported on December 28 by the Navy of the Armed Forces.

There are also no enemy ships in the Azov Sea, but there are 3 Russian ships in the Mediterranean, including two carriers of winged missiles "Caliber" with a total volley of up to 16 missiles. In addition, in the last day in the interests of Russia through the Kerch Strait, 7 vessels passed to the Azov Sea, of which 3 went from the Bosphorus Strait. 13 vessels were passed to the Black Sea by the Kerch Strait, of which 5 are heading to the Bosphorus.

At the same time, the Navy Command noted that Russia, as always, continues to violate the International Convention on the Protection of Human Life at the Sea of 1974 (Solas), switching off automatic identification systems (AIS). It should be noted that according to satellite images, on December 17, almost the entire fleet of the invaders left Sevastopol and relocated to Novorossiysk. In particular, there were four submarines of the Project 636 "Warsaw" and the Project 877 "Halibus".
