Also at three o'clock in the morning, the drone dropped two homemade explosive devices on the central electrical substation of the village of Glushkovo, Glushkiv district, which is 6 kilometers from the state border. As a result, there are 53 settlements left without electricity, there are no victims. The Governor of Kursk Oblast Roman Starovoit stated that the city of Rylsk was allegedly fired at cassette ammunition. He accused Ukraine of this.
"The border city of Rylsk is fired at cassette ammunition from Ukraine," said Roman Starovoit. He noted that the woman had received a mid -sever fragments, she was taken to the Rylian central district hospital. Doctors provide her necessary help. Houses, outbuildings and cars in different parts of the city were also damaged. In addition, non -broken ammunition was found, sappers work on the spot.
