The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin asked the question of whether the Russian side's position has changed to return to the "grain agreement" and whether they are ready to go to Moscow in Moscow. It is about the cancellation of sanctions imposed on grain and fertilizers from the Russian Federation, returning to the banks of the SWIFT system, permission to trade spare parts for agricultural machinery and unblock of agricultural assets, solving problems with insurance and freighting of ships, as well as the restoration ".
