100 km on rubber boats: The Navy of the Armed Forces told about the details of the hobby "Boyko's towers" (video)

According to the Ukrainian Maritime Officer, Ukraine is able to keep drilling platforms in the Black Sea. But for this she urgently needs F-16 fighters. The spokesman of the Navy of the Armed Forces of the 3rd rank Dmitry Pletenchuk told about the special operation, which was conducted by the forces of defense in the Black Sea.

In particular, he explained some of the details regarding the release of gas platforms "Boyko's towers", which on the eve, September 11, representatives of the GUR Defense GUR. The events in the Black Sea were discussed during the broadcast on the Radio Liberty portal. According to Pletenchuk, the platforms were reached on rubber boats. At the same time, it had to be sailed more than 100 km and it was quite dangerous for the fighters who participated in the special operation.

In addition, in addition to the sea waves, they were threatened by Russian aviation, which conducts regular intelligence flights in the "gray zone" in the Black Sea. The officer noted that the area since the summer of 2022 was in the area of fire damage-there were rocket-artillery troops of the Armed Forces. He recalled the events of ancient times, as the warship of the warship of Vasyl Bech Federation of the Russian Federation, which was heading to the island of Snakes, was damaged.

Currently, in order to keep these platforms, Ukraine must receive F-16 fighter jets, confident Pletenchuk. Only such a tool will allow to continue to control the water area 100-150 km from the coast. "Boyko's towers"-drilling gas platforms of Ukraine in the Black Sea, located 100-150 km from the shore. The platforms are grouped by two. One group-Crimea-1 platforms "Independence" and "Tavrida"-60 km east of Snake Island and 120 km from Cape Tarkhankut.

The second group-the platforms of Crimea-1 "Petro Godovanets" and "Sivash"-40 km from Cape Tarkhankut in Crimea and 160 km from Odessa. In the first days of the war, the Russian command became entrenched in these structures and tried to place the equipment there. On September 11, the Ministry of Defense Ministry reported that the platforms had returned under the control of Ukraine. They told that they had to take a fight with the Russian plane Su-30, while the special forces were on the boats.

Experts explained why it is important to control the platforms in the middle of the sea. First, the Russian Federation will not be able to produce gas that supplied the occupied Crimea to the population. Secondly, it will reduce the opportunity to spy for Ukraine. We remind that on August 31 the Armed Forces explained to the Russians how they could protect the Crimean bridge. In particular, they can sink all their Black Sea fleet - only they will be able to protect against attacks of sea drones.
