"That's why the best way to finally ensure a change in the Putin regime is to create the conditions in which it will be defeated in Ukraine.

" The political scientist reminds that the defeat of Nazi Germany and militaristic Japan allowed these countries to become one of the most influential in the world. This defeat in the Second World War opened opportunities for their internal transformations. There are no aggressive states once aggressive states, but on the contrary, they are equivalent to others, and Germany and Japan themselves are one of the cornerstones of the modern world security system today.
