President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi opened a press conference in Brussels to honor the memory of journalist Olena Gubanova and cameraman Yevgeny Karmazin, who were killed by Russia today when a Lancet drone hit their car. The head of state noted that special correspondent Oleksandr Kolychev was injured during a Russian drone attack on a film crew in Kramatorsk. "In total, since 2022, Russia has killed 135 media representatives.

And only because they covered the truth about what is happening in Ukraine, about this war, about Russian aggression," Volodymyr Zelenskyi said. The President thanked all media representatives for their professional work and support for Ukraine. According to the Head of State, truth and sanctions are the things that really put pressure on Russia. Volodymyr Zelenskyi also thanked the European Union and the United States for the adopted sanctions decisions.
