Russia scares the world by "American" biolaboratories in Ukraine: that stands behind these fakes

Foreign experts do not exclude that such statements by the Kremlin against the background of military failures at the front can cover its intentions to use biological or chemical weapons against Ukrainians. Recently, a team of fact checkers (people who check the authenticity of the facts) of the independent analytical platform of Voxcheck presented the updated base of medical fakes "Dtox from propaganda". In the first place in the spread of the topics of military-biological laboratories and medical experiments on citizens of Ukraine are invented by the Kremlin propagandists. Apparently, the most naked fiction about the fatal viruses of mosquitoes derived in the biolaboratory of the United States, which is allegedly located in Ukraine. Such well -known Russian media as TASS, "Evening Moscow", "Gazeta. ru", NTV - a total of 39 sources were written and showed about it.

At the same time, they referred to the words of a representative of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. And in the Ministry of Defense of Russia stated that the "viral drug" was developed at the Ukrainian Scientific and Technological Center (UNTC, Kyiv) and was transferred for field research in the United States. The purpose of a joint Ukrainian-American research is to infection the population through mosquitoes, including Denge fever.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Defense Ministry was supported by three documents in Russian, the format of which is similar to those used by UNTC, but without seals and official signatures. Moreover, it was not even mentioned there about the infection of humans through mosquito bites. And what really? In fact, the Ukrainian professor in the field of virology, Leonid Buchachsky, developed the drug "Viraden" to control the mosquito population.

It is extremely contagious for these bloodsuckers, but does not infect people, vertebrates and invertebrates. At the Ukrainian Scientific and Technology Center, created in 1993, they really investigated such a drug. The purpose of the study was to infect mosquitoes with a pathogenic virus to prevent the spread of viral diseases that are dangerous to humans, in particular Denge disease.

A certain number of this drug was transmitted by Ukrainian scientists for further research to the University of Colorado. Biological threat from Ukraine is a topic that Russian media has been speculating for years. From time to time, they launch information that the United States has admitted that secret biolaboratories were operating in Ukraine. The coronavirus pandemic prompted propagandists to "adapt" the topic to "military and biological experiments" of America over Ukrainian citizens.

Almost 200 Russian media have spread information that Pfizer and Moderna's corporations were involved in US military and biological experiments in Ukraine. At the same time, the emphasis was on the fact that in this way US companies reduce the cost of testing medicines.

In particular, hostile media with reference to the chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation announced the biological experiments of the Pentagon on patients of psychiatric hospital near Kharkov. The official confirmed this that in 2005 the United States concluded an agreement with Ukraine on the implementation of military-biological programs in the country, and later legalized the "double-purpose research".

In fact, everything is precise to the contrary. In 2005, the Ukrainian Ministry of Health concluded an agreement on cooperation on the prevention of technologies, pathogens and knowledge that can be used in the development of biological weapons from the Ministry of Defense. It is publicly available, and it does not refer to "military and biological programs". The agreement is aimed at counteracting the threat of outbreaks of dangerous infectious diseases.

Moreover, as part of this agreement, the United States has modernized laboratories in Ukraine to reach a higher level of biosecurity, conduct research projects, engaged in epidemiological supervision, etc. For example, during the COVID-19 outbreak, mobile laboratories were allocated to the Ukrainian Defense Defense, but not for experiments on the military, but for the detection of cases of coronavirus infection. There is no evidence that this program has ever been used for military purposes.

The program itself clearly stipulates that Ukrainian biolaboratories belong and controlled only by government of Ukraine. By the way, by 2014, the biological threat program was also extended to Russian laboratories. It should also be added that the Pfizer corporation does not participate in the US Military and Biological Experiments in Ukraine. The company conducts standard clinical trials of its preperates - the same as in many other countries, in particular in Russia.

Russian media have also spread information that at least 3 biolaboratories of the Armed Forces operated in Zaporozhye operating in Zaporozhye. This statement came from the local collaborator, the so-called "Chairman of the Council of the Military-Civil Administration of the Region" (Russian Occupation Administration) Vladimir Rogov from the temporarily occupied Melitopol. That is, a person who does not have legitimate power in Zaporozhye or region may not be a source of official information.

This fake of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine replies that there are no "American biolaboratories" on the territory of Ukraine, and it can be tested by international experts. Many Russian media have spread another misinformation about the alleged secret document of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which referred to the destruction of personal data of workers of Ukrainian research institutions that cooperated with the US military and biological laboratories.

At the same time, the media referred to the Telegram-channel "Izvest", where this document was first published. The forgery of "paper" is indicated by a number of mistakes made in it, which a competent Ukrainian will never make. In particular, the text used Russian abbreviations G. (garden) instead of m. (City), ul. .

"In recent months, since September, the number of misinformation not only about biolaboratories, but also about medical reform, black transplantology, humanitarian crisis has increased," VOXCHECK Analytist Cyril Perevoshchikov notes. " fakes have become less.

However, before the end of the war, we will often hear various interpretations of biolaboratories in Ukraine in the manufacture of combat drugs, about the humanitarian crisis, the planned world hunger, about chemical and nuclear provocations, black transplantology, militarization of hospitals. It seems that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is only engaged in producing all sorts of nonsense. But if desired, it is quite easy to check them.

For example, some time ago, the news was walking in the information that the Armed Forces were turning civilian objects into a military. In particular, Russian media wrote that a military base was located in the Odessa City Polyclinic # 29. British journalists, having received accreditation of the Armed Forces, honestly tried to find missile installations and other weapons or at least people in military uniform.

In vain! Their report was clearly denied the fake that the Ukrainian medical institutions did not assist civilians. You can also remember the fictions of infected geese, bats and pigeons, which were prepared for attacks on Russian residents, and about hidden tons of plutonium and enriched uranium at the Zaporizhzhia NPP, from which Ukrainians were preparing to make a nuclear bomb and about military objects in Ukraine , which have long turned into NATO base . . .

Fantasy in the Kremlin propagandists for such a fool is enough. According to experts and analysts, this flow of frank lies and distortions is the efforts of Moscow to persuade its compatriots that it is selected NATO, which should be applied to a "preventive blow". A kind of way to distract citizens from internal economic problems.

Moreover, the propagandists switched to the countries of Africa and the Middle East, which got into the field of diplomatic confrontations between the US, Russia and China. They also began to try the same fakes about the deadly danger of American biolaboratories that allegedly work in their countries. The United States is managing Ukraine and the world through biolaboratories - perhaps the most common Russian narrative. However, outside Russia, no one is seriously perceived.
