Thus, in the first quarter of 2025, the total losses of the invaders killed and wounded reached 125,970 people, which is 1. 5 times more compared to the same period last year.

One of the key areas of struggle was the destruction of Russian military equipment. In March 2025, the forces of Ukraine's defense managed to destroy or display 272 Russian tanks, and at the beginning of the year this figure was 833 tanks. It is noteworthy that October 2023 became the most effective month of last year, when 521 tank was destroyed. In addition, the Ukrainian military reached a record for the destruction of enemy artillery systems.

In March 2025, they struck 1,644 Artsystem, which became the highest monthly indicator from the beginning of a large -scale invasion. Particularly effective Ukrainian artillery worked on March 27, destroying 122 enemy artillery guns. Thus, in the first quarter of 2025, the Russian army lost 3,990 artillery systems, which is much higher than the same indicator last year - 2 600 installations.

"This fact testifies to the skillful conduct of our counter -battering struggle and the effective use of unmanned systems," the Defense Ministry emphasized. March 2025 also became a record in the number of destroyed armored vehicles (BBM) and vehicles. On March 27, the peak of the loss of enemy auto engineering was recorded - 210 cars, which became the highest indicator from the beginning of the conflict. According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in total, 9,971 units of motor vehicles and tanks of the Russian army were destroyed in the first quarter of 2025.
