In the video, published by local residents on the network, heard drones to the plant, and then there is a powerful explosion that causes fires at the enterprise.

At the same time, the mayor of innocent Mikhail Minenkov stated that the authorities control the situation both at the plant itself and in general in the city. "I ask everyone to remove panic and not spread rumors. 37 arrivals, without loss, without destruction in the city," Minsenkov wrote.
