As the Monitor Telegram channel informs, the enemy used a gliding aerial bomb with a control and correction module, probably in a modification with a jet engine, from the territory of the Belgorod region, which is about 120 km away, in the Poltava region. Earlier, on October 18, the Russian Armed Forces hit Lozova with the same aerial bomb.
"The enemy is consistently modifying the means of air attack in order to increase the range of damage and minimize the risks for its own tactical aviation," the authors of the channel note. According to "Zmist" with reference to the military, the target flew through Skorohodove and fell in the Poltava district. Presumably, the Russians used the "Thunder" missile-bomb weapon.
In November 2024, the Russians hit the village of Khukhra in the Sumy Region, 8 km from the administrative border with the Poltava Region, with a KAB. The weight of the KAB — from 370 kg to one and a half tons. Bombs are manufactured by the Tactical Missile Weapons Corporation. Anti-aircraft missiles have great destructive power, and the enemy pelts the border regions with them, destroying housing stock and civilian infrastructure.
We will remind you that on the evening of October 18, the Russians attacked Lozova in the Kharkiv Region for the first time with the help of a guided aerial bomb (ABM). A new modification of the UMPB-5R aerial bomb was used to attack the Russian Armed Forces, which covered a distance of more than 130 kilometers. As a result of the shelling, the house caught fire and 11 private houses were damaged. Six victims are known.
