"We can repeat": OK "South" reported the risk of using technogenic blackmail by Russia

The invaders are "brought to a certain extent of despair and can use explosive commands to create man -made disasters. " The possibility of a Russian terrorist army to arrange new man -made disasters near Ukraine is a serious risk of Ukraine. Enemy forces may use special explosive commands or other means of terrorist acts that can lead to man -made disasters and threaten the safety of citizens.

Natalia Humeniuk, the head of the united press center of the operational command of the South Operational Command, told this on the air of the Telemarphone. Probably because of their despair, the invaders will dare to further dangerous actions. However, Ukrainian servicemen take this into account and are actively preparing to counteract the enemy, taking into account various possible scenarios.

"We need to understand that they are now brought to a certain extent of despair and can use explosive commands to create such man -made disasters. This is taken into account and we work on," Gumeniuk said. Representatives of OK "South" noted that now the Russian forces can use the propaganda slogan "We can repeat" in the context of man -made blackmail.

Earlier, the enemy had already tried to intimidate Ukraine with provocations such as an attempt at an explosion at the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant, a man -made disaster at the Titan plant in Armenian and undermined dams at the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station. Unfortunately, the last incident with the dam has already happened. "We remember that they have blackmailed from the Zaporizhzhya NPP, then the Kakhovka Dam and the Crimean Titan.

Now they are also trying to press blackmail and are interested in other hydraulic structures in our region," - explained in OK "South". Recall that video materials created by Russian propaganda are actively spreading on the Internet and which contain hints at the possible undermining of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant (NPP). So the enemy tries to create an atmosphere of fear and deliberately intimidate Ukrainian citizens.
