Kyiv, as before, intends to seek a truce and a personal meeting of the presidents, as reported by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov. The negotiations completed the journalist of "Public" from the scene. So far, according to Roszmi TASS, they agreed to exchange prisoners of war and civilians. The negotiations lasted less than an hour. Russian agencies reported that initially the heads of delegations, Rustem Umerov and Vladimir Medinsky allegedly held a meeting one on one.
Then it turned out that Roszma lied and was also present by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. Then the negotiations of delegations began in full composition. The first round of negotiations in Istanbul took place in mid -May, the second - in early June. After the negotiations, Rustem Umerov went to journalists.
