The following Ukrainian officials were included in the sanctions list of Russians: In accordance with the resolution of the Russian government, the Russian Federation also imposed economic restrictions on the general director of the Government Office for the Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Oleksandr Ilkov, ex-deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Rostyslav Shurma, director of the Office of Reforms Tetyana Kovtun and commissioner for gender policy Kateryna Levchenko.
The Kremlin "punished" the listed officials by banning them from entering the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as by arresting and nationalizing their accounts and property in the territory of the Russian Federation. It is worth noting that on October 31, in response to the 19th package of sanctions of the European Union, the Russian Federation announced an expansion of the list of European officials who are now prohibited from entering the territory of Russia.
