Return E-declarations: The NAPC told how to correct the document submitted during the war

The department explained that the rules allow to make corrections in the declaration, submitted from February 24, 2022 to October 11, 2023, including the timely submission of the application. On October 12, 2023, the Law on the restoration of electronic declaration for deputies and officials came into force. Together with him, a campaign of submission of income declarations for 2021 and 2022 began, which will last until the end of January 2024.

All declarations filed from the beginning of a full -scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine until the restoration of declarations, ie by October 11 inclusive, can be corrected as needed. This was reported in the press service of the National Anti -Corruption Agency (NACC). "NACC is understanding that with the beginning of a full -scale invasion of many declarants, they may have lost documents or did not have access to them.

They can now check the data in the declarations already submitted and, if necessary Adding that the submission of corrected declarations is optional. In order to make corrections in the declaration, it is necessary to submit a written application to the NAPC by October 25, 2023. The letter in an arbitrary form should state the following data: the NAPC explained that this statement does not need to specify what exactly should be corrected, explained the reasons, or attach confirming documents.

All applications submitted after October 25, 2023 will not be considered, warned in the NAPC. Upon submission of the application, the declarant will be given electronic access for 30 days, during which a corrected electronic declaration can be submitted. In order to remind the deadlines, the declarant will receive a notification of the final date of access in the Personal Electronic Registry office. All changes must be made in one session of login.
