On May 18, the man was waiting in the center of the gathering, but he never appeared. Already on June 21, the ATO participant was re -presented the "combat summons". However, the next day, he also did not appear in the shopping center. On June 30, the Ukrainian received the summons for the third time.
On July 1, the center of collection traditionally did not wait. In court, the man refused to admit his guilt. He stated that he had a bad state of health - "both physical and moral. " Moreover, the Kherson is convinced that he "cannot be given weapons. " The defendant confirmed that he had been examined twice and was recognized as suitable. He said that he ignored the summons because of his "direction to a psychiatric hospital". The ATO participant wanted to "count there first" and then serve.
The verdict states that according to the conclusion of a forensic psychiatric expert at the time of evasion, the man did not suffer from a mental illness and "aware of his actions". He is not registered with a psychiatrist. The evil was found guilty and sentenced to three years in prison.
