Almost all imported drones that are now in aggressor countries have been set from China. However, according to the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanova, the main task is now that 41% of UAVs by 2025 with the brand "Made in Russia". Almost all drones that Russia owns today, mainly from the People's Republic of China. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov.

He reported this on October 16, speaking at a meeting of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes. Siluanov, in fact, for the first time in a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, at the public level, he disclosed information about the source of supply to Russia with unmanned aircraft. "Today, drones are mostly all of the People's Republic. We are grateful to our partners. But we need to develop their own resource base and money is needed," the Russian minister stressed.

Siluanov also announced a new program of the Russian Federation to create its own base for the production of drones. According to him, Russia will send additional funds for UAV production. "60 with a hook billions of rubles are taken into account, money for a new National Process on the Development of its own unmanned base," - said the head of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

In addition, he stated that the main task is that 41% of all drones by 2025 be with the brand "Made in Russia". On September 20, China was selling Russian drones bypassing Russia using a "gray" scheme bypassing international sanctions. According to him, China uses the overloading scheme in ports to deliver to Russian buyers unmanned aerial vehicles.

Chinese manufacturers and realizers claim that these drones are being sent to the United States, but soon after arrival ships are detached from the US shores and throw UAVs to other vessels that go to Russia. The CEO of the intelligence agency also told what is happening with unmanned aircraft when they arrive in Russian ports. According to him, most companies that have the right to import drones in the Russian Federation have opened training centers in its territory.
