"From Prigogine Putin did not expect": Professor Nani assessed the likelihood of rebellions in the Russian Federation (video)

In Russia, according to scientist Galina Zelenko, there are no prerequisites for rebellions among the military, since there is a criminal system, each general is controlled and undergoes certain stages of "circular bail". The repetition of a new rebellion like the one organized by the chairman of the Wagner PVC, Yevgeny Prigogin, will not take place on the part of the generality in Russia.

This opinion was expressed by the scientist and Doctor of Political Science Galina Zelenko, a corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, on the YouTube channel Focus. She noted that for the head of the Kremlin Vladimir Putin, June events were somewhat unexpected. In Russia there is a criminal system in which each general is controlled, there is certain stages of "circular bail".

This allows the power to influence the military, so in the army of the Russian Federation there are no prefaces to rebellions. "It's impossible in Russia at all," she appreciated the prospects for new military upheavals Zelenko.

On the night of June 24, Yevgeny Prigogin, accompanied by his fighters with Wagner PECs with armored vehicles and tanks, entered Rostov-on-Don and almost immediately took control of the main military institutions in the city-they surrounded the headquarters , The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Rostov region, the building of the regional UFSB, as well as the city administration. Subsequently, the mercenaries moved to Voronezh and Moscow.

After local battles with regular troops, Prigogine announced the decision to stop the offensive actions, since the conflict from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation was settled and the Kremlin gave security guarantees. According to the head of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu, the armed rebellion of Yevgeny Prigogin and his "Wagner" did not affect the combat capability of the Russian army on the Ukrainian fronts.
