On September 20, the operational work of emergency services ended at the scene. "Currently, the total number of victims of the Russian blow to Kupyansk is 8 people - 6 men and 2 women," said the head of the Kharkiv Ova. He noted that two victims are volunteers who evacuated people. "The invaders cynically struck the Grim-E1 rocket. At present, law enforcement officers are investigating all the circumstances of the Russian crime," Synugubov added.

The head of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was shared by the head of the investigative department of the SUNP in Kharkiv region Sergey Bolvinov.
