Russia is trying to regain the initiative on the front - Estonian intelligence

According to Estonian intelligence, Russia has regulated its troops for a more intense counter -offensive in the coming weeks. Russia has increased the intensity of hostilities and tries to return the initiative at the front. The head of the Estonian intelligence of ANTS Kiviselg told about it at a briefing, writes Err. Intelligence reports that the situation in Ukraine becomes tense due to the increase in the intensity of hostilities.

However, despite the efforts of the Russian military during the last week, there have been no significant changes on the front line. The enemy focused on the Avdiivka area, where the most intensive battles continue. According to the chairman of the Estonian intelligence, if previously Russia used the tactics of infantry assaults in the counter -offensive, now they are firing Ukrainian positions from the distance.

In fact, because of this, it is more difficult for Ukrainian units to regroup, create and strengthen their positions. The Russian military is also used in other areas of the front, in particular in Bakhmut and Mariinsky directions. However, they also did not make significant progress. In addition, the Russian Federation began to regroup its troops, which means more intensive counter -offensive in the coming weeks.

ANTS Kiviselg also emphasized major losses in the Russian army in a week - about 10,000 wounded or killed. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian soldiers hold two bridgeheads above the Dnieper - near the Krynok and the Pomp. This situation on the front forced the occupiers to increase their presence in this direction. However, due to the inconsistency of actions, the Russian army suffered losses. According to the Armed Forces officer Sergei Teshotsky, the invaders systematically strike in Ukrainian positions.

They use both shock UAVs and reconnaissance drones. The military says that the whole war was not visible such intense battles. Due to this situation, many military Russian military refuse to participate in battles and storms. However, they are made to be intimidated and threatened. The road leading to Avdiivka is systematically attacked by FPV-Dron. In addition, they use a lot of infantry during storms.
